Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about every order you place with us. If something is not right, here is exactly what you can do about it.


At a glance

  • Return window: 30 days from your delivery date
  • Refund processed: 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return
  • Order cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours and before dispatch

What you can return

We accept returns in two situations:

  • Defective or damaged items: If your sculpture arrived broken, stopped working within the normal use period, or has a manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Change of mind: If you ordered and simply changed your mind, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense in this case.

We understand that buying online means you cannot see a product in person first. If something does not feel right when it arrives, please reach out before assuming there is nothing we can do.


What cannot be returned

  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
  • Items that have been used outdoors and show normal weathering or wear
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper placement, or neglect
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
  • Items missing key components or original packaging where the missing parts affect our ability to inspect the return

How to start a return

Step 1 — Email us first.
Contact us at support@fantasycourse.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged items, please include one or two photos — this helps us resolve things faster.

Step 2 — Wait for authorization.
We will respond within one business day with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Do not send items back without this step — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Step 3 — Ship the item back.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service so you can confirm delivery.

Step 4 — Receive your refund.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.


Return shipping costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping. We will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after the return is confirmed.
  • Change of mind returns: Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking.

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind returns.


Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fantasycourse.com.

  • Within 24 hours of placing your order: We will cancel and issue a full refund, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • After the order has shipped: We are unable to cancel orders once they have left our fulfillment center. If you no longer want the item, please wait for it to arrive and then follow the return process above.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fantasycourse.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We do not require you to return damaged items in most cases.
